Something didn’t sit right with us, so we decided to get a second opinion. Ryan came recommended from friends who had used him in a similar emergency and couldn’t speak higher of him. Ryan was: - friendly and quick to come out - talked through the issue in layman’s terms - solved the problem - provided fair pricing - invoiced and issued the gas certificate promptly We would definitely use again. He explained the options really well and I felt well informed about exactly what he was doing as he did it. He had all the paperwork in good order, stuck to time and cost estimates and was very tidy and quiet when working.
