  Manny completely deserves his long list of 5 star reviews. Initially he came to quote for moss removal but further problems were revealed eg. Broken and missing roof tiles and a leaking chimney. Manny was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful and did a fantastic job of resolving the issues. I highly recommend him.

  After reading his excellent reviews, I met Manny for an initial quote. His price was competitive and he gave me the confidence to book him for the job which was completed promptly as per the quote. The work also revealed an issue with condensation in the loft, so I asked for a quote for the installation of roof vent tiles. This work has just been carried out today. I must say in conclusion it is rare that someone arrives when they say they will and without additional work/charges. Manny and his son were a pleasure to deal with - excellent at their work, but very efficient too. Thank you both!

  I submitting a review early in order to activate my guarantee. Manny replaced ridge, two parts of the sarking, restored leaking dormer and worked on one of the chimneys. He is coming back to look and assess whether all is ok or more action is still needed later this week. Manny was knowledgeable, practical, friendly, on time, tidy, considerate, calm. On flipside, it was rather expensive for the number of hours worked and I should've haggled but with ongoing leak and bad experiences with other roofers, I wanted someone who a)I could trust b)felt positively about us b)could do short notice.
