    Mark kept me informed by txt about booking the job in ….. he arrived on time and explained to me exactly what he was going to do …. Very approachable and professional would have him back any time if needed in the future

    Work completed Sept 23, initially appeared to be done well but on first use of central heating in Oct 23 we noticed the leak had started on the exact same place. Contacted MT on 28.10.23 to report and they ensured this would be looked into as they had subcontracted the work to another firm. I continued to follow this up until Xmas having to chase both MT and the other firm (despite never being involved in giving them work in the first place). Other firm only interested in charging more for work already paid for so directed them to MT. The issue has still not been resolved and still a leak

    I’d like to thank Mark and his team for the works done. I had a few ideas of how I’d like the fence doing. Mark explained the pro’s and cons to each option, I appreciated his professional input. Their process was clearly explained, quotes and next steps came in a very timely manner. Workmanship is excellent, the whole team were polite and respectful. The end result is brilliant and we’re extremely happy. So much so, I have asked for different works to be quoted. Thank you guys
