    I live in the block of flats on the ground floor and the sewage water from the flats above began ti come in my sink, as well as leaking from the washing machine connection on the floor. Especially if they would use washing machine. So the problem was not in my blocked drain pipes, but blocked outer drainage pipes. Mike came and straight away established the problem. He helped me to speak with my management company on the call about the problem, as they did not believe me and insisted that it is the internal blockage and I am responsible for it. Mike was really professional and good expert.
