  In a word-amazing. We had some very dodgy work done by another company and Mark and Nathan saved the day. Beautiful kitchen installed, superb communication. Nothing was too much trouble. They are now finishing the job for us. As great tradespeople themselves they were able to speedily involve equally skilled gas and electrical people. They really are a one stop shop. If you want dependable, skilled and honest caring people to transform your home they are who you need. We will be sad to see them leave.

• Bathroom repairs

  I had a few repairs in my bathroom that needed to be done quite urgently. Unfortunately they all seemed to have decided to stop functioning all at the same time! Mark quickly and very efficiently had evey thing up and running in no time at all. His work is superb. I would highly recommend him. And thank you very much Mark for noticing my non functioning bell, and helping with that too.😊

• Broken tap fixed

  Phoned first thing this morning as couldn't turn off hot water tap. All fixed by 12.00 noon. Lovely chaps and excellent service very pleased and I would highly recommend MW plumbing and heating.

• Removal of bathtub and new walk in shower supplied and fitted

  Due to my moms health we required a walk in shower supplied and fitted and the removal of a old bath. Mark and Nathan done an exceptional job and we are over the moon with the finished look of everything! Communication throughout was excellent and we couldn't have had the nicest 2 people doing the work, will definitely use again in the future!!

• Advice over the phone

  I had a leak/damp suddenly appear in the ceiling over what must have been a few days. I called Mark and sent him some pictures of a pipe that was leaking in the attic. He was quick to respond and happy to help. Gave me some advice over the phone and explained it. Saved the cost of a call out charge and potentially getting ripped off by someone else. Im sure I will need a plumber again and I’ll definitely call Mark. Seems honest and genuine. Rare to come across that these days.

• Replacing pipe to repair bathroom leak

  I had an ongoing issue with a leak under my bath and needed a new waste pipe. I called Mark and he came to my flat very promptly the same day. He went out to get a new pipe that afternoon and then came round to replace the pipe the next day. Really professional, excellent service.
