  M.y Roofing & Building Maintenance were recommended to us. Marc carried out the initial quote inspection professionally and thoroughly advising at all times as to the condition of existing roofs and what options were available. We accepted the quote and booked us in. He was on time each day of the job, very punctual and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. His workmanship and knowledge was excellent, and to a very high standard. Always cleared up as he went along leaving our property neat and tidy. Would certainly recommend and have rebooked again for a landscape job.

• Rubber garage roof

  Marc installed a rubber roof on my garage. He was punctual and friendly. He was quick using all his years of experience and the work was good quality. He even sorted the guttering outside of the cost of the garage for free. What else can you ask for? The materials for the work are also guaranteed I think it was for 20years. Oh did I forget to mention his prices are very reasonable. If you need any building maintenance or landscaping I would highly recommend this company.

  Had my roof changed but within a month it was leaking again. The roofer initially agreed to come and repair it but then started to ghost me. Got in contact with Marc through checkatrade. He was very professional, punctual and he obviously takes pride in his work. And his fee was reasonable.

  Marc responded really quickly to my job request and came a couple of days later. He went up and had a good look at what the problem was and advised accordingly. He gave me a very reasonable quote and did the job there and then. Would definitely recommend him to anyone with any roofing issues.
