    Two amazing men replaced the lead flashing at the base of the chimney, replaced rotten baton and roofing felt where tiles had lifted and rain had penetrated and removed and re-cemented the ridge tiles. They took photos of the finished repair so I could see what they had carried out. Very happy with all aspects of repair, clear up afterwards, politeness of men and prompt service.

  • Chimney Rebuild

    On 7/8 th June 2023 N&A Builders removed and rebuilt a chimney in my property. During the recents storms in October 2023, there was a massive ingress of water. A subsequent inspection revealed that the lead flashings had not been renewed nor re-fitted correctly and as such the water ran down the chimney into the property. As a matter of urgency I had a specialist in lead attend and he refreshed the chimney with new lead and the old lead was not fit for purpose. The cost of this was £340 which I have paid to rectify N&A Builders LTD work.
