    The job was done with quality workmanship, with a conscientious attitude, and with attention to finishing details. Mr Nadin has done several jobs for us, with a wide range of expertise, always polite, tidy and reasonably priced, to be recommended.

    Jacob did an excellent job from start to finish - communication while arranging the work, punctuality, quality of the job, the whole lot. He even re-levelled the gates so they hung straight instead of their original slightly slant fitting, moved the ground-bolt to fit the existing hole, and installed the new latch despite it not being part of the original agreement. I'll definitely be using his services in future if another job like this comes up.

    The tradesman was punctual and took time to assess exactly what I needed and planned how he was going to ensure it was done correctly. He checked with me the necessary height and finished tge job promptly leaving no mess and offered to remove packaging. First class I would recommend.

    Jacob from Nadin Building arrived on time, was communicative and friendly and got the job done with a really nice finish and in good time. It was quite a tricky job because of a few factors but Jacob made fairly short work of it. Communication in advance of and after the work was complete was consistently good and Jacob always responded quickly and openly. Very happy - we’ll be using Nadin Building again in future.

Experienced local handyman, takes care in my work and does things with a approach to complete the required job to a full repair so as to not fail in future.

Over 18 years experience in the trade with more renovation than new-build experience which is usually the difficult way to approach things. Hope to hear from you if you are looking for masonry repairs and pointing (lime and cement), carpentry (finish and rough), roofing, guttering and leadwork.
