  New carpet installed into new loft conversion, carpet installed on hall, stairs and third floor bedroom. Knowledge and experience were shown throughout from carpet options, to design layout. Carpet installed professionally with all required additional fixings (door bars, underlay, gripper). Arrived on time as per our requirements to work around other commitments. Nick and the team were courtesy and clean throughout and completed within the timeframe quoted from the start of communication. On all occasion correspondence was answered promptly with clear answers to any queries we had. Excellent!

  I had such a positive experience hiring Nick! He was beyond helpful with sorting my flooring. A couple of months ago someone else had put screed down wrong and it needed fixing in order to lay the vinyl. He put in so much work to put it right and I’m just so grateful. He was professional and friendly, and overall did a fab job. My hallway and kitchen are completely transformed! My flat already feels more like a home, just in time for Christmas. Layla who organised everything with me was super lovely too. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely be booking again to finish my flat in the future

  Great communication throughout. Nick arrived at arranged time for quote visit. Once quote was accepted work commenced less than 48 hours later. Very friendly and polite. Very attentive to detail too. Would definitely recommend to others and will be using NCB again very soon.

• Difficult patch of carpet to lay

  Nick and Layla were the company happy to respond to this small tricky piece of work where a wall had been removed leaving a gap between the carpet. Layla kept me informed and Nick did 1st class job on this difficult Job which he made look so easy and the finish was fantastic. We didn’t expect it to be as good a finish as it was !!!! A very passionate person about his job with keenness to finish his work to high end! His number is in my book for future work and will be recommending him highly. Hard to find a trades willing to to do a small job with largest passion for it as Nick does.
