• Window repairs/replacement glass

  Neil came to see what work needed doing. He gave me a quote which I was happy with. I paid a small deposit and as soon as he had the glass, he came and fitted it, and repaired the hinges. A minor hiccup when 2 of the glass units were the wrong size (he was really apologetic) but he reordered and all the work was completed within the week. Really nice, friendly guy. Pleased with the work he did and happy to recommend him.

  Neil responded immediately and phoned to discuss the problem. He arrranged to call to assess the job and fix if we wanted him to proceed. He was with us the next morning and very quickly identified the cause of the issue and it was repaired within the hour. His price was very fair and his personal attributes made for a very pleasant meeting. A terrific job by a true professional.

  First couple of windows installed OK the company that made the windows went into administration I gave him £450 deposit to finish the rest of the windows then he had a double hip operation, in the meantime the bay window was leaking rain I called him he said he was not fit for work and didn't know when he could complete I asked for my deposit back he took my bank details February 19 since then no deposit no message no contact so I'm £450 out of pocket I too have to work Thanks alot

  Everything started OK he cam when I could afford the windows then the company that made the windows went bankrupt then he had to have a double hip operation I paid him a deposit of £400 for 2 more windows he asked if I wanted the deposit back I told him to hold onto it because I knew he would come back that was in November in February we had alot of rain and the bay window was leaking Evan more I asked him for the deposit back as he didn't know when he would be back to work I need the bay window replacing ASAP it's now the march still waiting for my deposit and for him to answer my message

• Front door fitting

  This is the second time I’ve had Neil fit a door and he has been fantastic both times. Went through the options clearly and provided his recommendations. On time to measure up and fit the door. Carried out the work promptly and tidied up. Very pleased with the finished door fitting just as I was when I first had Neil fit a door.
