  Neil was polite and professional Was due to do a boiler service, but found the flue not to of been installed correctly. Unable to carry out the service and advised would need to install flue correctly then I could have the boiler serviced

  Neil was polite and courteous and, when asked, explained things clearly. He kept me informed when the final day of the installation had to be postponed due to his van breaking down and he returned to the job as soon as possible. The installation appears professional and neat and it's lovely to have a warm house again.

  Neil was great; prompt at responding to my request and scheduled in the job for a couple of days later. He was friendly and courteous with the area left clean and tidy. Payment was fuss-free with card payment option. The magnetic card he left on the boiler with the next service due date and contact details is a smart idea! • First service of boiler

  Neil, was on time , had reasonable availability to book our service in at short notice. A gentleman that explained anything we didn't understand ( as it was our 1st service on a new boiler). So we understood and gave us time. His work area was clean and organised while working and he left the area as it was when he started. Reasonably priced, highly recommended and would book again .
