    Had Nel’s Carpet Cleaning to clean our lounge carpet as there was an ingrained stain where my husband sits in his armchair. Billy removed the stain without any problem and the carpet looks and smells lovely. I received a text advising me of his time of arrival on the day which was helpful. Billy is a lovely young man and it was a pleasure having him in the house. Would have no problem recommending Nel’s to anyone and will certainly use in the future if we need a carpet or upholstery cleaned. Thank you Billy for a brilliant job.

We’re a family run business located in Kent, using the most powerful machinery in the UK, which we were lucky enough to have imported from the U.S. Providing our own power supply, water supply & disposing of your waste correctly, we offer a cleaning experienced that cannot be matched. Temperatures up to 250 degrees & explosive vacuum power is the perfect recipe for cleaner & healthier carpets, left dryer than any of our competitors could manage by a long shot.

We use the industries leading chemical brands, which contain no nasty ingredients & will not harm your family, pets, or in a commercial setting your members of staff.
