• Guttering and parapet repair

  Doug and his team were great. From the initial contact to completion, we felt fully informed and appraised of the roofing issues concerning a damp patch in a bedroom and what was needed to fix it. The cost of the work was reasonable and delivered in full. We were kept up to speed with regular, clear, photographs of what was needed, progress on the work and how it looked at the end. They even fixed another, unrelated fault for very little extra cost - which was most appreciated. The work also involved our neighbours and Doug ensured they, too, knew exactly what was happening.

  Very impressed with Doug. He came to quote for the work and ended up staying and completing the job on the same visit. His service was quick, well priced and professionally completed. I was not on site so I appreciated Doug documenting the repair thoroughly with before and after with pictures. I would highly recommended Doug and would use his service again.
