  I highly recommend Olly at New Forest Burners if you are wanting to have a log burner installed. Not only is all the work carried out to a very high standard, his knowledge and advice before your project is carried out is invaluable. Once you have your log burner Olly then maintains it with a yearly chimney sweep to make sure you have many years of hassle free use.

  Very clean, capable, tidy, courteous and competent team. Olly and Jamie turned up on time, got straight to work sweeping the chimney, and then fitting the components in the fireplace/chimney. They listened to and followed my requests for positioning (as I had done the surround preparation). Using a mobile access platform for the flue liner install added to the overall cost, but I think it was worth it as it meant I did not have people crawling over my old slate roof with ladders and clunky boots. Would recommend...

  I thought Olly and his team were great. My new log burner looks amazing, they were professional, tidy and got on with the job. The breakdown of what I was paying for really helped me to understand everything they do. I would recommend New Forest Burners to anyone that needs this service. They were great!!

  You can't give an 11 because you only go to 10 , I had been trying to get this fire installed for over a year I had approached numerous heatas engineers but none were interested because I had purchased it myself after a lot of resurch , I ask one who was in a petrol station found out the reason ( that's another story ) , any way let's get back to these guys they were recommended to me to see if they could help , spoke to them arranged a site visit got lots of info from them done the little bits that I needed and they arrived the next week as arranged to carry out instal , polite professional
