  Scott and Warren are nice and highly professional. They are proactive and easily available (phone, text, email). The work they did at my place had been a success Quality, Cost, delivery, flexibility/adjustable. They tick all the boxes. The most, I had the feeling that the project was peaceful for me. • Basement Conversion

  We were very impressed with work we had conducted by Newman and Ellis on our basement (inc. Reconfig of the space/walls, new ceiling with soundproofing, new electrics, plastering, fitted kitchen and bathroom and flooring) The initial quote was issued quickly, well itemised and was in line with others. Both Scott, Warren and all other contractors used were very pleasant and trustworthy as well as being amenable and accommodating of changes to the scope we made during the project. The quality of the finished work is excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks very much!

• Huge job. Tearing down old garage, outbuilding and old extension and replacing it all!

  Scott and Warren were excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them! We embarked on a big project on and old house which required tearing down old buildings and starting again from the groundworks to the roofing. Scott and Warren did an excellent job of providing a clear quote so we understood what we were (and weren’t) paying for. They arrived on time and are consistently polite and able to give helpful advice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering undertaking a renovation project or any type of building works. Our neighbours are already asking for their number!

• Full house renovation

  Well where to start.......I would recommend Scott and Warren in a heartbeat. They were willing take on a complicated project and hugely understanding as the scope altered during the course of the works. ~ They were consistently mindful of our budget and willing to explain everything (even if some of it went over my head). Friendly, polite, trust worthy. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough! So much so they are coming back to do the final bit of the jigsaw aka the garden hard landscaping.

  Scott and Warren are fantastic. I’ve never used a builder before and was a little apprehensive, but the entire process went as well as I could hope. Engaging with them from quotation to deposit was easy and they came round on several occasions to discuss the specifics of the work. All through the build they just dealt with everything, keeping us up to date with what was going on and any choices/decisions we needed to make. The quality of their work is first class and we can’t recommend Newman and Ellis highly enough.
