  Have used Nigel before and found him excellent. This time was no different, had a water stain appear in our en-suite after strong rain so suspected problems with the roof. Nigel came promptly and even after acknowledging that the roof angles would be problematic, he went up to check things out and saw several possible issues. Sorted out the issues found and hopefully resolved the issue. All the time explained what he found what he could do and all with a cheerful and friendly manner. Would not hesitate to recommend him.
