  Neil and the team saved me over a £1000 in work quoted by another electrician. They were extremely helpful and down to earth in explaining exactly what problems we had but also what we didn't need doing from the previous quotes. Unfortunately they snagged a water pipe during the work and caused a small water leak, but they went above and beyond to fix the issues including coming back multiple times to make sure everything was fixed and all the work was done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend.

• Asked for a straightforward job, still not complete

  Really great and prompt to begin with, quotation was slightly higher than expected but for commercial quality work this is expected. We have a dado trunking in the office and only required 2 sockets, really straightforward as the wiring was already inside the trunking. The trunking was cut too short by one of the electricians and left as such. When asked for feedback I explained I still had not received the minor works certificate and the trunking was cut too short and left. It's been 2 weeks and the issue and the certificate still not provided and no communication since.

• Fitted an extractor fan and a garden light

  I originally posted three jobs but they came to assess the work and straight away noticed that the kitchen extractor fan was just switched off and did not need replacing. They supplied and fitted a new extractor fan in the bathroom which is extremely quiet and looks smart. They also fitted a garden light that I provided. Ed, Harry and McCauley were very polite and professional. They checked what I wanted, explained clearly what they were going to do and made sure that I was happy. They worked very neatly and cleared up afterwards. I am very pleased with the work that has been done. Thank you.

• House Rewire

  I phoned Neil with a problem with our garage door, only to be told that wasn’t the problem… the house wiring was very dangerous and needed fixing right away. Within 4 days , 4 young men arrived and got to work right away. For 8 full days they worked on the house with my Mum in it. They only stopped for their lunch. They were all very kind to my Mum and did their best to cause as little anxiety and disruption to her. Every time they left on a night time the house was left safe and immaculate. I can’t praise Neil, Debbie , and these young men enough. Very high work ethics and standards of work.

• Fixing electricals

  I had just moved into a new home when my electrics suddenly stopped working. I put out an ad and Nfinnerty contacted me within the next few hours. They came round the next day to find the faults and repaired them the day after. I needed a new fuse box, rewiring, new sockets. Everything was completed in one day. Such a great friendly company that went above and beyond for me. Without their help I would have been without heating and electricity. They are very reliable and would highly recommend to anyone. 10 out of 10.
