    Jon came out on the same day as we reported an issue with our dishwasher. Unfortunately he was unable to fix it but he sourced a new one for us and came back the following week to install it. He was very friendly, polite and did a really professional job with no mess. He also gave us some good advice going forward with our new machine.

We have a standard, fixed price labour/Call out charge (including VAT) this price covers any amount of time it takes to diagnose, and hopefully repair, the fault. 

If parts are needed our engineer will give you a quote on the day of your appointment.

We will order the part needed for you and return to fit this part, your return visit is included in the labour charge.
