  • Gutter replacement

    Terry replaced gutter at the front of my home in Sept 2023. At the time I was pleased with the job however as soon at it rained the gutter overflowed as it wasn't aligned properly. Terry said that he would fix the issue but since then after making arrangements has failed to show up on several occasions. In November he said he had injured his hand and wasn't able to work, then in December he said his hand got infected and was taking longer to heal. More recent excuses have been that he had chest infection or that his labourer let him down. Now he doesn't answer calls or reply to messages.

    I needed a roof tile repaired as it had become loose, moved and exposed a hole in my roof. With the upcoming rain it was a job that needed to be done quickly. Terry came out on a Bank Holiday, at no extra charge, their price was right at the bottom of the range I was expecting to pay, plus they realigned another tile that had shifted on another roof, without any extra charge. Great service, very competitive pricing and two very nice fellas. Highly recommended ????
