    Dan's communication was excellent. His van broke down the day he was due to come and he let me know straight away. He rebooked immediately for a day and time convenient for me and turned up on the dot that day. Very polite and knowledgeable; did an efficient and tidy job.

The work was undertaken in a professional and workmanlike manner. Subsequently, we had one issue which was resolved promptly and again within the agreed timescale. We are very pleased with our new fire.

  • Replace Woodburner and Fireplace Lining

    We needed to replace our woodburner surround and Danny and his fitter (John) were amazingling competent. A problem was discovered when John came to replace the surround. To cut a long story short, we decided to change the woodburner. Danny recommended one and John removed the old woodburner, got all the vermiculite out from the chimney, replaced the fireplace lining and fitted the new woodburner. John's craftsmanship and workmanship was incredibly impressive - he is a 'legend'! We are so pleased with the new woodburner and lining. Impressive company and a pleasure to do business with.
