    Alban contacted me promptly when I went through checkatrade. He came to the flat, checked the damaged area and we agreed the works. First a temporary measure to ensure the bathroom was fully operational and then agreed the larger more permanent job. He came back promptly and did the work and we will do the major works later on the year.

    North Star Builds carried out a full refurbishment on our 4 bed rental property From start to finish, Shane and his team were nothing but helpful and polite. The works was estimated 6 - 8 weeks and was completed within time frame Every step of the process was explained to us week by week as well as the scheduel of works we had been given by shane outlining time lines The team tidied up after themselves every evening and were onsite early ready to go in the mornings. You can tell they had been working with each other for a long time as there was a real friendly team.

    Excellent all round. Shane and his team did a fantastic job. From initial contact to competition, Shane delivered excellent service. He is well organized, pleasant and always responded immediately to queries. Work was carried out to a high standard and his team always tidied up at the end of each day. Highly recommended. Job took approximately five weeks in total, starting late October 2023.
