    6 weeks for a simple replacement part. 1. Part delayed. 2 Engineer turned up but with no part as he was not told there was a part. 3. After waiting over the 3 hour time slot, contacted NWAS, to be told 2 vans had broken down and they had forgot to tell me engineer would not call. 4 Part arrived damaged. 5 Finally fitted, but took over 2 hours as engineer said wrongly wired

    Excellent on site service from "North West Appliance Solutions". "Engineer Patrick" attended site; and advised that the Fridge Freezer; was "Beyond Repair". The Compressor was blocked; and was not performing to specification. I paid a very reasonable call out charge; for the inspection report and was very satisfied with the service provided."Debra" in the office;for NWAS's was very efficient; and answered all my questions.I would certainly use this company again with confidence that they would solve any future problems on my appliances.
