    I need a duplicate key for a Kia Sportage. I saw this company with glowing reviews, they gave a first class service blah, blah, blah so sent them a message asking for a price for a key. After four days, I had no response from them and decided to give them a call. The person answered the phone and didn’t even introduce himself and I had to ask if I was through to the company. The person I spoke to seemed less than interested and said something about there being a problem with getting supplies. He said he would text me back….Still waiting. Good job I wasn’t stranded !!
