He explained what the issue was, what caused it, our options on how to fix it and translated the “workmen technical talk” that I had no chance to understand it without him being extremely friendly and considerate of my hearing loss too, he came this morning to tackle a problem that’s bothered me for months and this evening I can say it’s fixed- Thanks!
