Turned up the time arranged to view the job an to see what was needed , came back the time we arranged the same day an completed the job. Very polite and talked me through what they were doing ,even though the job to a bit longer then first thought. 1st class , will definitely choose them again if I ever need to an wound quite happily recommend them

0NP Locks were meant to replace our window. They came in and took the frame for measurement, saying that it will take 2-3 days to receive the correct order and then they will come and replace the window. This was on the 22nd of April - more than two weeks ago. I've not been able to get a hold of them since and they have completely ghosted us. Unacceptable. Please do not use this company as they are not
