After several phone calls, Richard at Oakley was the only one who seemed keen to help, he made safe the immediate problem and subsequently quoted us a very reasonable price to carry out the necessary work to give us the longterm solution. The work, now completed was carried out very professionally, keeping us informed all the time of progress. Small problems encountered were fixed that did not alter the quoted price. We would thoroughly recommend this family business who consider the customer above all else.
