    I would like to say a huge thank you to Nathan and his team for their professionalism whilst installing my new kitchen. The whole team were so respectful, trustworthy and hard working and nothing was too much trouble. Everything was left neat and tidy at the end of each working day and I was kept fully informed of each step of my project. I am delighted with my new kitchen. Definitely a job well done and I thoroughly recommend Oates Property Services.

    From the very first contact there were issues with Nathan's mobile number he text me to say then advised his pa would be calling instead got a text saying a certain time which was bit convenient then when I text back asking are they CRB checked no reply. Received call back to inform me Nathan was booked up for until Feb 2025 for a quote. I was fobbed off...  Beware.....

    The Oates team were excellent, innovative and professional. Our kitchen refurbishment proved to be problematic and, at times, stressful. The main cause was due to the foundations laid down by Wickes. They very often failed to give Nathan and his team the support they deserved which, in turn, impacted on our lives. However, despite the process leading us to believe that the job would never be finished, Nathan remained calm and confident until we now have the kitchen we dreamt of. Overall we are delighted with the completed project and, perhaps foolishly, would do it over again!

The task

Our team are well trained and well-equipped for any task handed to them. We lay floor protection down on every job to make sure your carpet or hardwood flooring is just as brand new as when we first started.


The final phase includes site clean-up, systems training, final inspections and move in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
