  I can't fault Jake's work. Nothing was ever an issue and always came up with great alternatives if he was unable to get or do something we wanted. He got the job done very quickly and always left the house clean and tidy which was very appreciated. Would definitely recommend and use again.

• Four new internal doors, frames and architrave

  Jake fitted 4 internal oak veneer doors in my cottage. He took out the existing frames and architrave very carefully with minimum disruption to decorate. Not an easy task to fit the new doors as the walls varied in thickness. However he is meticulous in every aspect of his work...in fact the best carpentry I've seen. The finished job was fabulous and I intend to use Jake to fit a new kitchen. All in all a great job!

• Banister and spindles

  Jake was very polite, personable, always looking for the best solution and produced brilliant results. We had a problematic staircase as the way it was originally done (before our time) wasn’t how you’d normally go about it, so there was likely to be some trial and error and it was completely open with no spindles etc. With a 2 year old running around like a mad child it really wasn’t safe. He took on aboard our thoughts for the finish we were looking for and also gave us some really helpful tips and fit the new banister and spindles perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with the result!
