• Urgent repair to external waste pipe

  Sergiy contacted us promptly and was able to come and check the job immediately. He not only fixed the issue but suggested an additional improvement which we agreed to. We were very happy with how he worked, kept us informed and checked with us for anything that needed a decision. The job took longer than expected due to complexities in the kitchen layout but he did not charge any extra than agreed. Really happy to find such a good tradesman and will definitely recommend him and contact him again when we have more plumbing work.

• Making good around a boiler; and fixing a non-flushing toilet

  A previous plumber who had put in a new boiler did not make good around it. Sergiy made an extra bit of shelving at the side of the boiler, and boxing to hide all the pipes. On a second occasion he came and fixed a toilet where the flush had given up. Both jobs were done in a very professional way - clean, tidy, excellent result for both pieces of work. He arrived early to both jobs. Has a really good, confident attitude - nothing too much trouble.

• Repairing a non-working toilet cistern

  My job was completed on a Saturday within six hours of requesting Check-a-Trade for a plumber - is this a record? Sergiy from OM Plumbing Ltd responded within minutes at 10.48am and offered to come and look at the job after 2pm. He arrived at 2.30pm and said he could do the job straight away, which he did by 5pm, despite having to make two trips to get spare parts. A nice polite lad who worked very efficiently and tidy, and having just moved to the area, I will use him for all my plumbing jobs in the future. Thoroughly recommended.

• Fixed toilet waste pipe leak

  My request was sent to all plumbers in my area. Sergiy txt me direct promptly and said he could do the job on the day in question and communicated very well. He arrived at the time which was arranged and was very polite. He was professional, honest and knew his trade very well. Sergiy left the toilet and bathroom clean after his work, he was efficient and I would very much use his services again, I would highly recommend him.
