    Out of the 8 or so trades who replied to my request Conor was only one of two to come and view the job and the only one to provide a written quotation. He is friendly and polite and obviously knows his trade well. In the end the insurers took this out of our hands but I would highly recommend Conor and O'Neill Developments and would contact him again if we need more work done.

    O’Neil Developments, I had a man named Connor come and evaluate the job that was needed to do the brickwork, very professional and timely responses to get back to queries and when it came to the work he updated me regularly keeping me up to date with how each stage of the build was going and was upfront about anything logistical that needed sorting, kept within what was quoted and was a top class finish at the end, very organised and excellent job/finish would definitely recommend!

    Conor and his team did a brillant job at our new house, we wanted a garden wall to replace the old fences. They did an impeccable job in the time frame he told us. Very friendly people and very flexible as well. They kept the garden clean and the tools safe as well to allow children to play safely. Highly recommend him !

    Conor was initially good. He turned up, built most of the wall, then said he was going on holiday but would be back to finish. He said he’d order materials for delivery whilst he was away. We agreed to pay him for the job, except for £200 that would be due when he returned. However, 2 weeks passed & we didn’t hear from him. We eventually got through- he said he was sick.,We left it a week. After ignoring our calls and messages, he said he couldn’t do it but would send a friend. The friend asked us to buy the materials that we have already paid Conor. Just want him to return & finish!!
