  Kem gave an all round excellent service. Not only did he provide great guidance on the pros and cons of different boilers and associated costs, that helped me to make a good decision, but also quoted a fair price for the installation. He was able to install the boiler and do all necessary checks and warranties quicker than expected whilst delivering quality and being considerate at the same time. Kem is someone I can trust and who I would reach out to again in future.

  Having Kem over to service my boiler was an absolute pleasure. Not only did he service my boiler fully and install my Hive hub and thermostat, but he also took the time to carefully explain how to use it, as well as gave me guidance on how to use my boiler effectively, as well as what the likely implications are for replacement in the future. I found Kem to be incredibly trustworthy and responsible, which I value highly. I can see that he is highly capable and experienced and that he cares about his customers, and about being fair. Great work!

  Kemal has been amazing! We had an absolute disaster where our boiler was leaking gas and we sent him a message at the weekend and got us booked in as soon as possible and sorted us with a new boiler in days. He was very communicative and supportive throughout, working late to get the job done. We then had an issue a few weeks after as the increased pressure of the new boiler caused a leak in a radiator and he came out as soon as we messaged to get it fixed, which he did that night. Can't thank him enough and will be getting him to service each year.

  Kem is a man of his word. He gave us a quote with a good boiler recommendation and was honest about all the work that might need to happen. His quote was segmented and he took to time to go over what was needed and why. The work was also done to a high standard with great consideration taken to make sure the boiler fitted well and the messy pipe work that was there before was redone to keep a clean system. Overall, the job was done to a great standard and Kem himself is a lovely person and top notch plumber.

  Second time using Kem for another last minute job! Laying flooring and needed a gas pipe decommissioned and I contacted him at 1030 and the pipe was decommissioned and removed by 1200. Super responsive and courteous and would deffo recommend
