  Nick and his team did a fantastic job finishing my house refurb. From my initial quotation right through to completion, Nick was a real pleasure to work with. The works were well structured and I was kept informed on the progress throughout. The finish was excellent. Nick has a wealth of knowledge and his experiences has definitely improved my home.   Couldn’t speak more highly of Nick. I had two issues needing sorting. Other builders I’d spoken to were proposing drastic solutions but Nick gave them both a proper look and actually found the source of the issue after thinking it through rather than proposing effectively blowing everything up and bringing considerable cost. He then did an excellent job with fitting a new skirting board (required as a result of leak damage), fitted it into his busy schedule, and was a lovely chap to boot. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.

  We decided to sell our house and refurb the kitchen to complete the project. Nick was suggested by friends who not only delivered the works ahead of schedule but found soloutions for numerous issues along the way including our unlevel floor and under cabinet lighting. I have to say, Nick was appoachable, proactive and a pleasure to deal with, the viewers were very complimentary of the kitchen and design ideas by Nick which was fed back to our estate agent from Connels, the house sold within 48hrs and compliments to Nick for overall outstanding project delivery. Will be using again. Spence

  Nick from Open Properties has been renovating my house in Coulsdon for the past five years. He's helped me with a variety of projects, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, plumbing upgrades, and electrical rewiring. I appreciate his transparent pricing and clear communication - he always provides detailed quotes beforehand and is quick to answer any questions I have. Nick's team is also fantastic. All the subcontractors he uses are local to Coulsdon and have over 15 years of experience. They're punctual, professional, and respectful of my property, and they always do a high-quality job.
