10Verified ReviewThe engineer always rings before he is due and will give an estimated time of arrival. (Due to any traffic). He is very tidy cleans while he works, very knowledgeable of his work. Doesn't give you any work jargon just straight to the point. Will give you advice and tips to ensure that after he has gone things are as they should be. Very friendly and approachable no problems at all, great service all round.

7.75Verified ReviewAll was good except the lid wasn't cleaned - described on works order as completed but clearly hadn't. Additionally was told that I would be informed of costs to replace the two jets that where removed. Still waiting over a week after the work was done.
