  Everything about the completion of this job was superb. We could not rate it highly enough, nor recommend Owens high enough. The care taken, the attention to detail and quality of finish was top notch. The standard of workmanship could not be better including the really well crafted wooden borders built with precise joints. Owen's worked like Trojans, were courteous and nothing was too much. Communications were clear and articulate. If you need work done, this is a building & landscaping business that cannot be bettered with honesty, detail and quality assured.

  Excellent work at reasonable price, a great pair of lads who worked very hard and took pride in what they did. I made a number of changes along the way which they carried out without any issue. Very good work and tidy too. Recommended.

  Great job sorting my new build home back garden, which was a muddy and weedy mess. All waste removed, turf and borders put in, and all looking fantastic now ???? Excellent work by the lads and would highly recommend for similar jobs!

• Front garden remodelling

  We are delighted with the work undertaken by Kieran and his colleague in the most trying of weather conditions. The new lawn is bedding in well, especially given the 14 successive days of rain since it was laid! The new flower beds, formed by using 'sleepers', look great and the shrubs that form the boundary of the property were trimmed and thinned out sympathetically. The work was undertaken to the agreed budget, and Kieran was clear and prompt in his communiation with us. We will not hesitate to use Owens Construction and Development for any future projects we may have.

• Back garden overhaul

  I used Owen’s construction and development to do a variety of jobs for me, which were brand new fencing including posts, new drainage points, foundations and the slab of my extension, turned my manhole chamber around, laid a new concrete base down on my drive. Also I had a retaining sleeper wall put in with steels to raise the back up to extension height. Can’t recommend enough, kept me updated through out, nice lad and very good price. I am very happy with the end result and will be using him again on the next stages for various
