    Competent and courteous. Pricing range on fixed price and didn't charge us the maximum on completion. Needs to check his work. Leak spotted before he left. Tightened the joint but still slightly weeping now . Tidiness could be better. We swept up. He came quickly to price the work and returned on the appointed day, albeit slightly late, keeping us informed.
