  We have a 220yo cottage that required some tricky modifications and remodeling. The job involved removing an internal wall and fitting a steel, removing part of a 220yo wooden beam and fitting another steel and remodling a upstairs shower room. Our loose instructions needed further development throughout the job and Justin came up with really inspired solutions. All unanticipated problems were quickly addressed. The quality of the work is excellent and the guys left the house in a clean and finished state. The quote was qood value and accurate. It was a pleasure having the team in my house.

  Justin and his team (Padworth Builders) have brilliantly guided us through our building project from start to finish and it’s no stretch to say that without their understanding, their willingness to help and their unquestionable skill and ability we wouldn’t be in the position we are now (almost complete and absolutely delighted). What we’ve been impressed with the most has been the support they’ve given us and the kindness they’ve shown our family. They’ve been friendly, hardworking and extremely clean. We honestly couldn’t recommend this excellent company enough.

We encountered some issues as the work progressed and there were some changes of specification from me but Justin was open and will to discuss options to find win-win solutions and to keep the project moving forwards.
