    Adrian and his colleague were excellent throughout the project as we had a number of issues with the materials. When the bathtub arrived, we found an issue and we had to replace it so we delayed the works for 3 weeks later than planned. We also ordered a wall panel which was too short, but they came up with a solution to add skirting and picked it up the next morning. They were understanding and managed to finish the refurb ahead of schedule and checked with us along to way to ensure we were happy. We won't hesitate to use them again and love our new bathroom.
