  I had a problem with birds getting into roof space. Contacted Paragon spoke to Andy who came out promptly to give me a quote. His team were efficient and made a good job, cleaned up after they had done. Overall I am pleased with what’s done and hopefully no more trouble with the birds .

  Absolutely fantastic! I believe its important to leave a review when needed and this firm has been outstanding. Highly recommend; their polite, efficient, communication all the way through has been reassuring and once all the work was carried out they have even cleaned our windows (it's the little things in life - No mess has been left!) Thank you. You have been a pleasure to work with and its reassuring to know there are firms out there that don't just want to rip you off! :)

• Flat roof and chimney repair

  Had leaking roof around chimney. Andy had an initial look, took photos to explain the problem and agreed a price for the job. Guys came back to do the work and again took photos of work throughout process for my records.

• Remove moss from roof

  The first date was postponed due to hard frost and freezing temperatures. On the revised date, they arrived on time and worked extremely hard removing the moss. They finished removing the moss but ran out of daylight, so a follow up date was agreed to clear the gutters. This has now been completed satisfactory.
