  Have used Paul Benham Heating for many years and as well as servicing my boiler I arranged for my neighbours to be done as it had not been serviced since installation 3 years ago. They found numerous fitting faults (from another installer) and rectified everything In an efficient and courteous way. As usual great service

  Have been using Paul Benham Heating and Plumbing services now for a number of years now since they installed my boiler. I have always used Richard since that time for servicing and plumbing issues that may have arisen as he has always been courteous, reliable and respectful of our home when we have used him. On this occasion along with Chris who follows in the same footsteps they replaced my thermostatic shower bathroom taps, bath panel and resealed my bath making the bathroom like new again. Totally reliable

• Boiler service and leak fix

  I called Paul Benham Heating Ltd when I realised the 1st year service on my boiler was due. Richard, the engineer, came out on the agreed date at exactly the time arranged, checked and serviced the boiler and also diagnosed and rectified a small leak whch I had discovered on removing the pipework cover in preparation for his visit. All service paperwork was completed without me having to ask and he then reviewed my heating/hot water usage before adjusting the boiler settings in order to give me better efficiency/lower costs. Faultless service throughout and a credit to the profession!!

  Very prompt response to fix our broken heating. Paul Benham Heating are always a pleasure to work with and explain things in an understandable way (thank you Chris for your lesson in physics). My family have used Richard and Chris from Paul Benham Heating over many years on many different houses and have always been very happy with the work.
