He got the work done in around 20 minutes and really talked us through what he had done and how we could fix any issues ourselves if we had any issues in future. He was also very courteous in constantly knocking on our door for whenever he needed to come in, rather than letting himself in (which I would have understood and now battered an eyelid at). Work done at the quoted price and seems good. Will probably have him back for any other issues in future.
