  Paul and a scaffolder he works with visited our building to quote on some roofing work. They were very friendly and professional sounding. But then .. nothing. No quote arrived. I sent two follow up emails at intervals in case the quote had got lost. No reply. Not even to say they didn't want to quote. Just a total waste of time.

• New Velux Window and Roof Repair

  Phoned Paul who came next day to give a price He took out an old pipe in the roof through which squirrels were getting in and repaired with roof tiles. Also needed a new window in the attic space, which once ordered Paul came back and did the job perfectly. I would 100% recommend

• Broken roof tiles

  Phoned Paul as we had a small leak ,he came same day investigated and found broken tiles which he fixed there and then. Excellent service a friendly and polite man conscientious and tidy worker.
