• Top Floor Balcony Re-flooring

  The job involved the lifting, removal and disposal of the old flooring, new framing and laying of a new flooring - Paul did an excellent job. All of the work was carried out to an excellent standard and with minimal mess or disruption to the rest of the building. The workspace was left tidy after use each day and at the end of the work. Due to the weather dependent nature of the work the job had to be split across two different work sessions which was not an issue due to Paul's great communications and management of expectations. I'd have no qualms using again and recommend to others!!

• Bedroom and ensuite refurbishment

  I decided to upgrade my bedroom with ensuite. I had contacted Paul, along with a few others for quotes and some ideas. Paul had some great ideas that I hadn't thought of and didn't try to hard sell me on it. He also gave me a very reasonable quote. A new shower was fitted, tiling in the bathroom redone in a very tasteful manner. The bedroom had new lights fitted, all the walls plus ceiling were plastered and new flooring fitted as well as the skirting to match. Everything was done to a high standard, good communication throughout and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend Paul.

• Door and handrail fitting

  Paul is extremely hard working, knowledgable, and friendly. Done a brilliant job fitting new internal doors and a new handrail. So helpful when it came to choosing/sourcing the doors and had lots of great advice and suggestions. Always on time and very respectful. Would highly recommend! Thanks so much again, Paul.

• Full Kitchen fit

  Paul was brilliant, full kitchen fit which needed plumbing and electric moved. He was always communicating with us and did everything we needed. Nothing was too much for him and he was always here when he said he would be. He worked out solutions to problems with the fitting and always kept us informed of any issues. Great bloke, down to earth, reliable and trustworthy will be calling him back for a bathroom fitting in the new year.

• Dry Rot

  Contacted Paul to come look at sunken floor in bedroom, what looked like would be a small job wasn't as discovered dry rot and turned into a bigger job which needed kitchen removed back to brick and brand new one fitted, floor joists replaced both in kitchen/bedroom and new wall fitted between the two rooms, always arrived when said he would if was going to be late always got a text/call to say so ,gave great advise on best way forward as was unexpected big job , has done a cracking job and we couldn't be happier with the results and will certainly using paul again for any future jobs.
