• Worktop sand and oil

  Poor workmanship and not finished to an acceptable standard. Sanded and/or oiled against the grain of a wooden worktop, leaving smears across the surface. Customer had to point out flaws with both sanding and oil application throughout the process. Contacted trade person about this following the worktop’s second coat of oil fully drying, as was previously advised this was the cause of the smears when asked, didn’t acknowledge there was an issue with the work done.
