    Paulo is very personable, since meeting with him, he has been vert attentive in every aspect of redesigning my studio flat. I have found Paulo very responsive whenever I have reached out to him and always available to help and guide me in changes I needed to do. He has also recommended me trades people from his inventory from builders to solicitors as I needed to submit my flat redesign to the freeholder of the block of flats. It has been great to have met Paulo and have him on my project. I am really happy with his service and have already recommended him to my neighbour.

    Paulo provided the necessary architectural plans for submission to building control. He underwent a site visit and measured the house, and then produced existing and proposed plans/elevations/sections. There were a few revisions required during the process and he made them all quickly without any issues.

    Alfonso responded very quickly to our initial request and was worked with us to get the initial drawings so we could review and amend. He was easy to work with and accommodated changes without fuss. When the planning officer suggested the submission may not go through, Alfonso again worked with us to make necessary amends (and even additions we had not considered) and eventually got the permissions through. Very professional, and communicates on time.
