  Quick response by Paul (Jason) and his colleague. Found our drain was blocked by a DIY rod from a neighbour's attempts to clear his own drain upstream. Cleared blockage and the backed up debris and recoveded offending rod. Very helpful and professional service. Would definitely recommend.

  Came and unblocked the outside drain, drain not piped how it should be but they still sorted it and saved us quite a bit of money, and advised us of some issues that we hadn't thought of. Explained everything they were going to do before starting the work and left the area they worked in spotless

  Jason replied quickly to my initial enquiry and kept in touch throughout the process. After coming to check a slow draining toilet, he did a full survey and then recommended how to fix this and other issues which were flagged as part of the check. We asked him to carry out the work, which he did with care and expertise. We chose to use Jason, because of other good reviews, and been a local independent tradesman. Jason knows his stuff, and we would heartily recommend him.

• Drain re-lining and new inspection chamber

  Following a camera drain survey significant defects discovered. Report given with quotation. We did not understand what was involved and the business owner came back to explain in detail what needed to be done which was both courteous and very welcome. Deposit paid on works order and started almost immediately which was welcome on sanitation system. Further troubleshooting fulfilled with quibble. So pleased with the work and how the garden was left afterwards and scary job for us done without worry and full confidence in the owner and team. Thank you.

• Drain pipe blockage

  A few days ago, my drainage pipe was blocked, and I didn't know what to do. I immediately went onto Checkatrade to find anyone who could help and found Paul Scott Drainage Solutions. As soon as I contacted them, they came the same day. After discussing with them, we agreed for them to do the job. Now that the job has been completed, I can say that we have nothing but the highest of praise for what they have done. 1st class service, 1st class workmanship and 1st class people. Very highly recommended.
