  Totally reliable. Worked around us. Boiler much more efficient and house nice and warm now. Did leave quite a bit of dust, but easy enough to vacuum up. Few minor issues but dealt with them amicably and to my satisfaction. Good job well done

• Fixing central heating

  My central heating had stopped working. I spoke to PAV on Friday afternoon and he confirmed an appointment that night for 8am on the following Tuesday. He was bang on time, very professional and personable. He checked the boiler, tank etc and had my heating working again in a short space of time. Brilliant service and definitely my go to plumber for any plumbing needs from now on.

  I was let down by another heating specialist so didn't expect much, but Pav (I assume - I forgot to ask for the name!) was fantastic. He fixed an appointment the same day, arrived promptly and identified the problem, then obtained the required part and fitted it - all in the same day. The total charge came to less than quoted, Pav tidied up after the work and I especially appreciated his friendly manner. To be honest, as a woman I half expect to be patronised by tradespeople but Pav was the opposite of that, he took time to explain things to me and was a real professional. My heartfelt thanks!

• Hot water tank replacement

  We spoke to a few plumbers who could not even come to take a look for well over a week. Pav came that very same evening to have a look, and had the new hot water tank in within a week. His workmanship was of a very high quality, he is a very easy going bloke, and overall, we are extremely happy with the work he has done. We would highly recommend Pav!
