    Phil Cooper is a diligent worker who is methodical in his diagnosis of a problem. He has done a few things for me now and I rate him as the best plumber /heating engineer I have ever had. Highly recommended.

I run a small Plumbing & Heating company based in Lymington - Hampshire. P C Heating & Plumbing Ltd. I cover a 15 - 20 mile radius. I undertake all Plumbing & Heating works. Full heating system installation, system upgrades, servicing, breakdowns, full bathroom installations to small repairs. No job is too big or too small. I have been working in the industry for 23 years. I am happy to work out of hours and weekends.
