    Paul and his team at PDK demolished an existing garage and stables and rebuilt a new triple garage and living space creating a truly beautiful building. PDK organised and coordinated a variety of trades including specialist flint work. We are delighted with the final result.

    I have known Paul for quite a few years now following our first extension. We had no hesitation in making contact with him for our most recent major renovation. He took the entire roof off and built the new extension without any disturbance to our family life. After this was completed he and his team carried out alterations upstairs to create better and more suitable bedrooms for us all. His expertise enabled us to add a walk-in wardrobe. He also changed all the doors and woodwork downstairs. We were so relaxed and comfortable having them here, we still keep in touch with regular texts

    Paul built our first extension on the front of our house a few years ago now.It was a bedroom,hallway and wet room extension, including disabled access alterations. He always gave us options, and explained every step of the build. He made the whole process easy for us to understand. He's a thoroughly lovely man, very capable and hard working and approachable, as were all of his team. 2 of our neighbours requested his details for their houses, which we had no hesitation in giving.
