• Rear Extension

  This is my first building experience so tricky to give scores, but we are very happy with the work carried out out by PDM. We didn't have any surprises added to the bill and Paul was very fair along the way advising what was included and what was not. Generally very happy with the workmanship. There were a few issues that needed resolving but Paul managed everything very well and the project ran to schedule despite the incredibly wet winter. We had a leak in the roof but Paul repaired it quickly.

  Started great, got in touch, arranged to come round. Came to the house and looked at the work required. It was going to be a little less work than I originally hoped for due to cost so I understand if they didn't want to take the job on. He said he would get back to me with a quote. Weeks later and multiple messages ignored I still don't even have the quote. If they didn't want the job they could of simply said.

  I requested for garage conversions and I must say the construction works were very impressive, good team management and completed on timely manner. Furthermore, I highly recommend this service as they are very reliable and have excellent customer service as well.

• Loft extension and internal alterations

  We found Paul and his team to be very professional throughout the entire process from initial quote to completion. The fixed quote for works was fair and did not change throughout the process. The quality of the contractors used were of a very high standard and we felt very comfortable having them in our home, nothing was too much for them. We are delighted with the final result and would not hesitate in recommending Paul and his team.

• Kitchen remodel

  We were in need of a project manager for our kitchen work as we wanted to knock through a wall as well as change floors, decorate etc., and we were struggling to get started ourselves. Paul managed everything for us, including sorting a structural engineer, supplying the kitchen and appliances, sorting the moving of our gas meter with the energy board, and organising electricians, plumbers, plasterers, decorators and kitchen fitters, as well as carrying out the work needed to knock the wall through. He and all his team were very friendly and pleasant to have in the house.
