The PDP team arrived promptly at 8am, were a pleasure to have on site, polite and friendly all day, even with the million questions our grandson was asking! The work was carried out to a high standard and the garden was left clean and tidy. By 5pm they were finished. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend.

Disappointed with quote We have used PDP before and were very happy with their service. Something must have changed?? We had a visit from PDP to look at the requirements in preparation for a quote. Then nothing heard from them. We chased 3 times by phone to be told the email with quote on keeps getting bounced back ( we gave 2 separate email addresses). We later found out that they were sending an attachment that was too big. Another phone call to request that they take a piccie of the quote and whatsapp it over. Not sent and nothing received. Its been 10 days now. Time to look elsewhere….

Upon reviewing our records, it appears that there were indeed issues with sending the email to the addresses provided. Our team sent the email twice, but unfortunately, the brochure attachments were too large for your email server to accept. We then sent links to the brochure PDFs via email, and it was confirmed via a phone call that you had received this. This all took place during the same day. Regarding your request to send the quote via Whatsapp, we must adhere to our company policies and data protection guidelines, which prohibit the use of personal messaging apps for business communications. Sending your personal information (that would appear on an estimate) via Whatsapp is not something we would do. We were also waiting for you to select your sanitary ware from the brochures to produce the estimate. We are sorry that you feel disappointed with the service received, but I can see that our team dealt with the situation in a swift manner and followed it up to ensure you had received the information.
